Refund Policy

• All registration fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of withdrawal, disqualification, or inability to attend.
• In the event of event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disaster, technical failure), the organizer may reschedule the event. Fees paid will be transferred to the new date. No refunds will be issued.
• If a participant’s registration is rejected due to incomplete or invalid submission, they will be notified to re-submit, but no refund will be given.
